Founder, Lara Lightsey, is schooled in graphic design and holds a Bachelor’s of Fine Arts from Louisiana State University.  For the past ten years, she has successfully served as in-house designer and marketing director for an internationally-recognized manufacturer.  During this time, she has been resp0nsible for all aspects of corporate design, both print and web, facilitating appearances at numerous trade expos, and branding the company world-wide.  Her passion for design stems from early years spent creating her signature stationary and greeting cards that has developed into a unique style, combining an artistic flair with logical, poignant branding strategies.

Co-founder, Rachel Lightsey, possesses a Bachelor’s Degree in Fashion Merchandising from Southeastern Louisiana University.  She has spent the last five years managing a premium denim boutique, while branding its name locally. It is here she honed her management skills and her ability to forecast trends within consumer markets.  Prior to becoming a manager, she spent time in the marketing department at a premier Baton Rouge news station, which allowed her the opportunity to write press releases and public service announcements, and plan events ranging from fundraisers to film shoots.
