The challenge: Create an online presence for well-known local builder

Warshauer Construction Company is a widely known residential builder throughout St. Tammany Parish, Louisiana. However, WCC has never had a website. Instead they have been using Facebook and Instagram to promote their services. While these avenues are great tools, owner Ryan wanted a site that he could direct potential clients to view his work. Ryan also requested a logo so that he could begin branding his company with a single identity. 

Here we created a place where WCC could showcase their work. Simple navigation and elegant shots of the builder’s homes are displayed to allow potential customers to easily peruse previously built homes and find inspiration for their dream home. Written copy further explains the building process, services offered and establishes Ryan’s creditability as a local residential builder. 

The color scheme chosen was inspired by WCC’s elegant homes. Many of the homes have a subtle, muted color palette with a lot of white to contrast with rustic wooden architectural elements such as beams and mantles. The soft green accents the more neutral tones used throughout.

We also utilize the space to showcase WCC’s partners, linking to their web sites to further promote the industry. I-framing WCC’s Facebook page in allows users to see all content in one convenient location. Lastly, I wanted to give the builder a place for his clientele to share their experiences. There is a feature that allows homeowners to post their review of WCC, further solidifying the company as a premiere homebuilder throughout the Northshore. 

The end result is a professional site that the client can easily maintain by adding photos of recent work.
